Refund policy

We have a 90-day return policy, meaning you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, your money will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
